Jeff’s favorite keynote addresses an issue common in students today: depression and anxiety. In this program, Jeff teaches students to fight against anxiety and depression by highlighting the positive effect of self-affirmations.

We are more alike than not. In this program, Jeff focuses on the power of inclusion and embracing diversity.

Jeff shares intimate stories of obstacles he faced in his own life, but more importantly, how he was able to take these adversities and turn them into his advantages.

Jeff’s popular workshops include:

  • Defining Leadership
  • Diversity & Inclusion
  • Loving Yourself Enough to Never Give Up
Jeff has a unique way in relating to young people. He truly sees himself in them. Consequently, this allows him to connect with them. Mr. Martin fosters a belief in them that they are leaders their communities yearn for and need. Subsequently, the students believe his message and blossom. I have seen it work!
